Muenchen.de, the official website of the City of Munich presents its improved Munich App. For users, this means visual improvements and enhanced content, more user friendliness and new features to help you get around the city better than ever. The app helps you to find all important services of the city administration as well as interestings places, sights, and restaurants. An additional benefit is the extensive mobility service, which covers the entire public transport system, e-scooters and car sharing, including e-charging stations. The app was supported by the EU-wide project "Smarter Together".

Important at a glance
Call up the app to see where you stand – when it opens, the home screen displays information about your current location such as the weather, current events or nearby attractions.
Interactive map
Indispensable to anyone who wants to get from A to B in a hurry – in the interactive city map you can find public transport, cycle hire, TIER E-Scooter, carshare services, and pedestrian paths. Departure boards and an integrated route planner make it easier to plan your journey, and the handy travel time comparison tool lets you compare routes by foot, bike or public transport.
Events
There’s always something going on in the city – display the day’s top events or use the redesigned event search to find events specifically by various categories.
Cinema
Fancy a film night? Here you can find the current top 10 movies in Munich cinemas and the hottest new releases. The cinema search lets you see where your chosen film is playing.
Municipal services

cinema app is poor, i cant find a film and the closest cinema playing it. allociné app in france is a little better.
